This image was made during a rain shower, which occurred at 2:00 AM, and shows faint lines of water streaming from the top of a window, illuminated by a security light. The window is on the top floor of a three-story walk-up. The ladder leads to a hole in the roof and is screened off to keep intruders from gaining access.
