I have been experimenting with RAW files and a new lens. This photo is actually a test photo converted to jpeg. I learned a few things and hope to use them to improve future photographs.

This set up was photographed on my kitchen counter with virtually no post-processing beyond a slight cropping. If I did it over again I would not have selected such a narrow DoF (I set the aperature wide open to test the clarity of the lens in that position). Lighting was from the sun coming in through a window just before sun down.
