This image was made late at night when the only available light was street lights several stories below the railing and window in the image. There is something forelorn about this photo, it seems to me, probably because of the lighting and the rust on the railing.

ISO 1600, 4s, f/3.5, e.c. +1, 21mm of 18 - 55mm
