Waimea Bay Beach Park

This small bay tucked into the North Shore of Oahu is a beautiful beach park with rocky outcroppings and a wide sandy beach. This image shows the western rim of the bay with its pounding surf and rustic beauty, backlit by the late afternoon sun. Waimea Bay is on the opposite side of Oahu from Honolulu, site of yesterday's photograph.
