tethered scooter

The cheapest motorized way to see Honolulu is the scooter. There are places that rent them to tourists. Some people own and drive them as their preferred means of transportation. You can see them around Waikiki and Honolulu most any time. This one was parked next to a local pub, tethered to a metal pole.
